Hello, A hookah smoker is here,

I'm finding a solution for hooah sickness. I've looked everywhere for this answer but didn't find anything. So, everyone gives precautions that should be taken before and between a hookah session. But nobody gave me the right suggestion for "How to come out from my current hookah headaches?"
