Step 1

Place your hookah stem into the glass vase.

Step 2

Lay your metal tray over the top of the hookah stem.

Step 3

If your hookah came with a rubber gasket, place this on top of the stem.

Step 4

Insert the hose end with the rubber gasket into the opening of your hookah vase.

Step 5

To check for proper air flow, plug the top hole with your finger and blow through the hose. You should hear air being pushed through the valve opposite the hose inlet.
